Are Keto Snacks Even Worth It?
After attempting many diets, I’ve finally found one that works for weight loss without zapping my energy – the Keto diet. I’ve been doing Keto for a few months – yes, I’ve had my ups and downs, but overall I feel great!
My once never-ending appetite has decreased, I’m focused at work, and I have more endurance during workouts. Not to mention, I’m closer to my goal weight than I’ve ever been and I’m determined to reach it this time!
The only problem is, although the Keto diet reduces my cravings dramatically, I still slip up. Like when I don’t have time to prepare eggs in the morning (after hitting snooze at least five times), I grab a banana as I rush out the door. Or when I’m celebrating a friend’s birthday in a restaurant and pasta is literally the only thing on the menu.
One night, after a regrettable plate of spaghetti, the “Keto flu” kicked in. My head was pounding, my stomach was sore, and I felt weak.
In my utter misery, I called a fellow Keto friend for advice. He let me in on his secret: PerfectKeto.
PerfectKeto is a line of Keto-friendly powders, protein bars, and nut butters. At first, I was skeptical. I’ve tried plenty of weight loss products that claim to “make dieting easy,” and none of them worked. PerfectKeto products are free from artificial flavors, fillers, soy, gluten, sugar, and peanuts, so I figured they’d taste pretty bland. But my friend swore by them, and I was willing to try anything to avoid a repeat of those horrible flu-like symptoms.
I started with The Exogenous Ketone Base powder because even if it tasted awful, it would substantially reduce the symptoms of being kicked out of ketosis. The powder comes in flavors like chocolate and vanilla, but I went with the Salted Caramel. Turns out, it was super delicious. The morning after a slip-up, I add the powder to my coffee, and it’s as if I never cheated. Sometimes I skip the coffee and mix the powder with water for an energy boost.
Since the base powder was such a success, I thought I’d try their bars. With flavors like Salted Caramel, Cinnamon Roll, and Almond Butter Brownie, this hardly seems like diet food. And chocolate cookie dough is my favorite by far. It’s the perfect guilt-free snack to satisfy my nightly ice cream cravings. Plus, now I have something fortifying to grab instead of a piece of fruit as I rush off to work.
When I found out I’d have to give up peanut butter for the keto diet, I was devastated. Luckily, PerfectKetohas a Keto-friendly nut butter. I thought there was no way it could compare to the real deal, but its a combo of cashews, macadamia nuts, and coconut butter is delicious. And the creamy texture is to die for. I love their nut butter because it’s so versatile. I dip celery in it for a yummy snack, add it to my smoothies, and when I’m feeling truly self-indulgent, I eat it straight from the jar!
PerfectKeto has dozens of healthy products designed to achieve specific results. I recently ordered the Instant Keto Coffee and can’t wait to add it to my morning routine. I never imagined PerfectKeto would actually help. I barely slip up anymore. But when I do cave, I fend off the Keto flu completely. I recommend PerfectKeto to anyone who struggles with maintaining their Keto diet like I used to. Not anymore!
