At the same time, many fans have been left scratching their heads as to what precisely the beauty brand will actually be selling.
This isn’t the first time an A-lister has founded a beauty brand. In recent years, celebrity beauty lines have been all the rage. Selena Gomez found endless success with her makeup line, Rare Beauty. Ditto for Ariana Grande’s {r.e.m.beauty}.
Rihanna’s brand, Fenty, is reportedly worth over 2 billion. Hailey Bieber’s Rhode Skin Care is also insanely popular with fans. And when Beyonce announced her new hair care line in February, it seemed like the entire planet lined up at the doors to get their hands on her products.
So, what about Ms. Hadid? When it comes to Orebella, what’s with the brand exactly?
What fans can expect from the supermodel’s brand Orebella
Sadly, there isn’t a ton of information on the Orebella beauty brand just yet. But according to Page Six, the model’s latest launch will be fragrance-oriented. It will likely promote scents, such as body lotions, candles, fragrance diffuser oils, perfumes, and more. The news outlet also indicates that Orebella will offer hair care products, which are (hopefully) scented to perfection.
While Bella Hadid is generally known for her fashion-forward/futuristic/city girl style, looks like she’s sporting a more earthy vibe with Orebella. When it comes to the beauty brand, Hadid seems to be stripping that look down to promote an overall spiritual and bohemian aesthetic.
Hadid gets down to earth with her latest fragrance brand
The official Orebella Instagram page showcases images of crystals, burning sage, blossoms, bottles of essential oils, and tarot cards. Most of the Instagram captions feature poetry or quotes about healing. To underline that earthy aesthetic, one photo contains Hadid with open arms, prancing around an open field.
Another post has the fashion icon getting in touch with nature: we see her lying in the grass, blowing on dandelions, and crouching by a pond. She rocks a simple, white bohemian dress and frolics in a mossy green landscape. It’s a look we aren’t all that used to seeing with Hadid, and is reminiscent of the cottagecore aesthetic.
As it turns out, Hadid isn’t the only one who’s been sporting a more “stripped down” cottagecore look. Fellow beauty influencer and megastar Kylie Jenner has also been making headlines lately for showcasing a less flashy aesthetic than we’re used to.
Even Jenner admits that her style has been toned down. “I don’t have this thick mane down to my butt, I don’t have lash extensions, I don’t have these long claws,” she said in an interview with The New York Times.
Although this aesthetic was most popularized in 2021, there’s a good chance we will see a resurgence with Hadid’s earthy look. With the launch of Orebella, it’s clear the toned-down aesthetic is here to stay. And we’re fully on board.

So Hadid isn’t merely hopping on an aesthetic bandwagon with Orebella. Clearly, this is a passion project that she actually cares about.
While taking a peek at the official Orebella Instagram page, it’s easy to guess that her brand’s products will follow suit with this earthy aesthetic. Can we expect scents such as blossoms, lavender, and creek water? I guess we’ll have to wait until the launch on May 2nd to find out.
