Anyone else notice an uptick in ‘70s hairstyles lately? Not that I’m complaining – the ‘70s were the absolute best decade for tresses. The flamboyant, face-framing élan of the feathered hairdo cannot be matched, and it seems to me that many 2024 trendsetters are in complete agreement.
